History of Property Guardian Services, Inc.

The beginning of real estate crisis around 2006 was a main idea to create the servicing company for banks and financial institutions. September 2007 the Property Guardian Services, Inc. was established and incorporated in Illinois by Mrs. Rasa Gorys and Mrs. Giedre Kliarskis. Property Guardian Services, Inc. helps protect the collateral of mortgage companies that have properties going through the foreclosure process. Our property preservation team provides a full range of field services including property inspections, property preservation, REO property maintenance, and more which allows clients to choose the services that best suits their needs. Our focus as a company was to create greater efficiencies in the preservation process resulting in faster turn time and reduce pre marketing times for our clients.

Little by little our advertised business and services created a circle of different clients. Every year since company was created annual revenue has been doubling.
