Property Guardian Services, Inc. focus on keeping the REO property maintained and secured. We assure that REO properties remain in the best condition possible to reduce time on the market and improve the value of properties.

When property moves to REO status, at client’s request we re-key all doors, remove debris and complete a full maid-service cleaning of home interior. We inspect property for damages, secure pool areas. Emergency conditions such as basement flooding or roof damage will be addressed immediately unless otherwise noted by the client on the work order.
